US Open Tennis Tournament Airs Nationwide on XM

Washington, D.C. -- The US Open tennis championships will air live and nationwide on XM Satellite Radio starting Monday, August 27, through September 9.

Bud Collins and Virginia Wade will cover the US Open for XM live from the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, N.Y.

US Open coverage can be heard on the radio channel XM Live (XM Channel 120) with select programs to be simulcast on the sports talk radio channel XM Sports Nation (XM Channel 144).

Collins will host the show “US Open Today�? every morning at 9:00 am ET, providing news and analysis of the latest tournament action.

Live play-by-play coverage of the US Open will air on XM starting September 7 with the women’s semi-finals, culminating with the men’s finals on September 9.
