With SIRIUS NFL Sunday Drive, Football Fans Have The Right To Choose

SIRIUS Presents NFL Matchups, From the Field To The Radio Booth

NEW YORK โ€“ September 9, 2004 - Keyshawn Johnson vs. Randy Moss. Chad Pennington vs. Carson Palmer. Myron Cope vs. Greg Papa? While the first two matchups may spark an instant debate among NFL fans this election year, the third is a choice that NFL fans will be presented with for the first time: the opportunity in this democratic society to choose between the home and/or away team's radio broadcasters.

SIRIUS Satellite Radio (NASDAQ:SIRI), the official Satellite Radio Partner of the NFL, is kicking off SIRIUS NFL Sunday Drive , the new programming package that offers listeners a full slate of live radio game broadcasts from around the league each Sunday. Beginning tonight for the first time, NFL fans will be able to catch their favorite teams' games, no matter where they are in the country. In most cases they can also choose either team's broadcast of each game. So, fans catching the Giants-Eagles season opener on SIRIUS this weekend can listen to either New York's Bob Papa or Philadelphia's Merrill Reese call the action.

This week, SIRIUS NFL Sunday Drive will showcase 16 games and 77 announcers. On Sunday at Noon ET, SIRIUS will present its new NFL preview program, The Stadium Tailgate Show .
