SIRIUS Satellite Radio Now Available In Advance Auto Parts Stores

Leading Auto Parts Retailer Offers Consumers Access to the Luxury and Versatility of SIRIUS Satellite Radio

NEW YORK – July 7, 2004 – SIRIUS (NASDAQ: SIRI), the premium satellite radio provider known for delivering the very best in commercial-free music and sports programming to cars and homes across the country, and Advance Auto Parts (NYSE: AAP), a leading retailer of automotive parts and products, today announced a partnership that will give consumers convenient access to satellite radio service.

Consumers may now purchase the SIRIUS “Plug & Play” satellite radio receiver at over 2,500 Advance Auto Parts locations across the United States. The receiver, manufactured by Audiovox (CMB2 jam-pack) and retailing for $149.98, offers a complete satellite radio solution, and includes a mobile docking unit and antenna. Satellite radio service activation and subscription offerings will be handled directly through SIRUS customer service centers.
