SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO TO BE FEATURED IN NEW DODGE DURANGO

SIRIUS to be Available as Factory Installed Option on All New Durango SUVs

NEW YORK - October 29, 2003- SIRIUS (NASDAQ: SIRI), known for delivering the very best in commercial-free music and premium broadcast entertainment to cars and homes across the country, today announced that DaimlerChrysler's all new 2004 Dodge Durango will feature SIRIUS Satellite Radio as a factory-installed option beginning in November.

"This is very exciting for SIRIUS, and reaffirms DaimlerChrysler's commitment to installing our satellite radio systems in more of their vehicles," said Doug Wilsterman, Senior Vice President of OEM Automotive for SIRIUS. "We are very pleased to be part of what we believe will be the successful introduction of the new, redesigned Durango."

The new Dodge Durango is 7 inches longer, 3 inches taller and 3 inches wider that previous models. It is the largest SUV Dodge sells, but will be smaller and more fuel-efficient than the biggest SUVs on the market, according to DaimlerChrysler. It will, however, offer competitive cargo space.

All purchasers of the new Dodge Durango will be able to order SIRIUS as a factory-installed option for $325. Access to SIRIUS' 60 commercial-free music streams and more than 40 news, sports and entertainment streams costs $12.95 per month, with discounts for up-front payments of a year or more. SIRIUS also offers a lifetime subscription to its service for $399.
