ROBERT LAW TO JOIN SIRIUS AS SENIOR VP OF RETAIL OPERATIONS
NEW YORK – September 29, 2003 – SIRIUS (NASDAQ: SIRI), known for delivering the very best in commercial-free music and premium broadcast entertainment to cars and homes across the country, today announced that consumer electronics industry veteran, Robert Law, is joining the company as Senior Vice President of Retail Operations.
Law, who most recently was Senior Vice President of the consumer division of Kenwood USA Corporation in Long Beach, California, will oversee all aspects of SIRIUS’ growing retail business, including sales, merchandising, hardware distribution, and sales planning.

Law served in many management positions while at Kenwood USA since 1990, including Regional Sales Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing for its mobile electronics products, National Marketing Manager for home electronics, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for its consumer division.
