NEW YORK – June 23, 2003 – SIRIUS (NASDAQ: SIRI), known for delivering the very best in commercial-free music and premium broadcast entertainment, today announced the appointment of radio industry veteran Jay Clark as Executive Vice President, Programming. Clark, who joined SIRIUS in April 2002 as Vice President of Entertainment/Information Programming, will now be responsible for all of the company’s programming initiatives and content over its 60 commercial-free music streams and 40+ news, sports and entertainment streams.

Known as an innovator, Clark brings over 30 years of radio experience to SIRIUS. Before joining the company, he worked for many of the country’s leading broadcast groups, including Infinity Broadcasting, ABC Radio Inc., Greater Media and Entercom. Some of the radio stations he has helped develop over his career include WRKO-AM/ Boston, WABC/New York, KLSX/Los Angeles, WLLZ Detroit, WTKS/Orlando, and WTIC/Hartford.

He was also Vice President/General Manager for the Sports Fan Radio Network, Vice President of Programming at Winstar New Media and Vice President Broadcast at Comedy World Radio Network. Clark served as a consultant to a number of leading Talk radio stations, both as an independent entrepreneur and as an associate with New York-based Sabo Media.
