CES, LAS VEGAS & NEW YORK – January 7, 2004 – SIRIUS Satellite Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI), known for delivering the very best in commercial-free music and premium sports programming to cars and homes across the country, today announced that the JVC KT-SR1000 SIRIUS satellite radio will be available at electronics and mobile audio retailers across the country beginning later this month. The KT-SR1000, the first Plug & Play satellite radio product manufactured for SIRIUS by JVC, will retail for $99.95.
The JVC Plug & Play, which resembles a handheld PC device and has many exciting features, allows subscribers to use the same SIRIUS receiver in their car, home, office, boat and RV, all for one subscription price of only $12.95 a month.

Three separate docking kits are available for the JVC KT-SR1000. The KS-K6001 car kit is available with a cassette adapter for $29.95. The KS-K6002 car kit includes an FM transmitter, providing a wireless connection to any in-car stereo system. The wireless car kit will retail for $49.95. Finally, to utilize the full functionality of the Plug & Play, a home docking kit, the KS-K6003, will retail for $49.95 and will allow the consumer to hook SIRIUS up to their home entertainment system.
